The villa is suitable for holiday location, but also for meetings and festive events. The rental riverside villa has a lounge with a dining-room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, sauna, shower, and two toilets. In the living-room there is also a fireplace. The Kivikoski villa has a large veranda opening onto the river. On the veranda there is a dining-table for 6-8 people and a gas-barbecue grill.
